After placing your order online and providing your payment method, WorldUnlocked.com will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. In order to save time for your future orders, an account with a combination of your email adress and password will automatically be created for you after your first order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Money Orders and all major credit cards including Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
The credit card is not charged until the order is shipped. If, in any case, it does, please contact our customer service department at support@worldunlocked.com and they will be eager to assist you with a credit to your account.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at support@worldunlocked.com. We will try our best to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to depending upon where the order is at in the credit approval, pick and ship processes.
The cancellation fee is 15% of the total order.
You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal business hours. Beyond that timeframe, it is very difficult for us to cancel orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. The exception to this rule is that we are able to cancel orders that have been backordered.
RETURN POLICY
All Bluetooth products sales are final, all return has to be mailed to the manufacturer.
All returns and exchanges on cell phones must be received within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions!
If you choose to return a phone for a refund, we will offer refund for the price of the product - 20% restocking fee, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.
Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to WorldUnlocked on returned items, and WorldUnlocked will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
No Returns without our authorization.
RMA # must be listed on the package returned. Please call 1.888.90.WORLD or e-mail our Returns Department at returns@worldunlocked.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused.
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on.
The equipment must be returned within 5 calendar days. A copy of the invoice must be included with your return. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damages or require service. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer.
Important information:
The mobile phones offered on our website are GSM phones which will only work with GSM carriers accepting a Sim card including Cingular/AT&T, T-Mobile, and overseas areas. We have a separate category for Sprint phones. None of our phones work with the Boost mobile or Verizon service.
If you have Cingular/AT&T, please make sure that the phone you are interested in has the proper network needed in your area.
None of our phones are enabled with Internet Service unless they are branded by the service provider. If you would like to access the internet or send/receive picture messages, please check with your service provider if you can have the proper settings put onto your phone.
The products on our website come with a one-year warranty through the manufacturer. Some of the mobile phones at WorldUnlocked are made overseas and do not come with a US warranty. If you would like to make sure, you can either contact the manufacturer or a sales associate at our company can advise you.
ACCURACY AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
WorldUnlocked seeks to have accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However, if by any chance, a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, WorldUnlocked shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged, WorldUnlocked will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, WorldUnlocked.com will not be held accountable for fulfillment of these requests.
This agreement shall be governed, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. Seller and Buyer hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York for any and all actions and proceedings arising thereunder.
